Standard Policy for cancellation of individual room bookings:

To be considered for a full refund, your request to cancel your room reservation must be received in writing no less than 48 hours prior to day of check in.

Corporate or Block Bookings:

For Corporate or block bookings of 3 rooms or more over 3 consecutive nights or longer, the 48-hour notice period applies to Business hours: Monday – Friday 07.30 – 16.30 AWST excluding WA Public Holiday dates. Cancellation outside of this timeframe will incur a 2-night charge per room held.
